Interzoo 2026, held in Nuremberg, Germany, reaffirmed its role as the leading global platform for business and trends in the pet industry. The trade fair brought together more than 40,000 professional visitors, 2,200 exhibiting companies, and representatives from over 140 countries, consolidating a strategic environment for international connections, innovation, and market expansion.

We attended the event alongside our client, Nutribarrasul, a company from Rio Grande do Sul with more than 24 years of experience in the animal nutrition segment. Participating in the fair allowed us to closely follow the main transformations shaping the global pet market, while also strengthening the positioning of Brazilian companies prepared to operate internationally.

Among the key movements observed during the event, the growing humanization of pets stood out, directly influencing consumer behavior. Products focused on health, well-being, comfort, and longevity gained prominence, while categories such as food, accessories, decoration, and travel increasingly reflected the lifestyle and preferences of pet owners.

The trends presented at Interzoo reinforce the sector’s strong growth potential, with the Brazilian pet market expected to generate more than R$80 billion in 2026. In this scenario, Prinie continues connecting Brazilian companies to global opportunities, supporting import, export, and commercial expansion processes in international markets.
